Will get this tracked down ASAP.
Would you prefer to do invoicing with us? I will upgrade your version to Enterprise immediately, and we will invoice you instead of using Amazon Payments. Most of our customers have moved to invoicing as it ties in better with their enterprise systems.
The invoices are for 3/6/12 months. Would you like to do that?

Yes that should be fine. Please send a 12 months invoice to [email blocked]<mailto:[email blocked]> and cc [email blocked]<mailto:[email blocked]>.

Your version has ben upgraded. Please logout and login again and you should see the updated version. If you have any issues please let us know.
Will get the invoice prepared and sent out.
