Eucalyptus 1.4 support

The May 11 release of Ylastic supports the 1.4.x version of Eucalyptus.

Work in progress:

  • Console output from launched instances is not yet available.

  • File uploads are not currently working.

  • Mobile storage management is not yet available.

  • Bundling is not supported.

Features of this release:

  • Create, view and delete buckets.

  • View file details.

  • Easy download of files from your buckets.

  • Filter and search the listings of files to match only what you need.

  • Access and manage your Eucalyptus environment with an iPhone or any Android phone.

  • An audit history of everything done in your Eucalyptus environment from Ylastic.

  • Store and view details on every instance ever launched using Ylastic.

  • Ability to have multiple users using the same Eucalyptus account, while being able to track the actions performed by each user.

  • Create, delete and manage security groups.

  • Grant and revoke group permissions for IP addresses.

  • Lock your instances to prevent accidental termination.

  • Create, delete and regenerate security keypairs.

  • Allocate and unallocate public ip addresses.

  • Associate and disassociate public ip addresses from running instances.

  • Browse and launch instances from your AMIs or any public AMI.

  • Attach notes to your images and store additional info and details about each image.

  • Filter and search the listings of images to match exactly what you need.

  • Deregister images.

  • Assign aliases when launching instances, so you can distinguish easily between multiple instances.
