Will more managed services become available the 3 in particular that would be useful are the following

S3
Cloudfront
cloudformation
Storage Gateway

If you could give me an update on whether the above could be incorporated that would be fantastic.

Regards
Steve

    Hi Steve,

We are planning to add Cloudformation for sure. We are still thinking over S3 and Storage Gateway as they are much better suited for a desktop client than a browser.

    thanks!

Thanks for the quick reply guys, im currently using a mixture of cloudberry for s3 and cloudfront , amazon aws itself for the storage gateway and cloudformation and then ylastic for the ec2 and rds etc it would be nice to have 1 managed service i can understand this may not be possible and a pipe dream.

Would you ever consider a server or desktop application ? and would that require a complete new setup or could the browser functions and accounts etc be imported or carried over??

Sorry for all the questions just finding out what the limitations may be going forward and what steps i will need to take.

    Regards
    Steve

A desktop application would have to be written from scratch. We will not be able to use any of the existing code.

    no worries.

    thanks!
