Need to Monitor AWS Resource Limits

AWS has many default limits on various resources- today a scalable website I managed hit the 100TB allocated storage limit and stopped scaling. There is no cloudwatch metric for this so no cloudwatch alarms could be set, Would it be possible for Ylastic to monitor this information and send alerts as thresholds are approached (for example, when I am at 80% of the allocated ebs volume storage limit)?

Thanks!
