Generate Daily Reports check box

Support,

I have the Generate Daily PDF reports box checked for each account, but I’m not seeing any reports under AWS Environments reports.
Do I need to schedule a task or does the account need specific AWS rights to generate the reports?
Am I missing something else?

    As long as the check box is selected, the reports will be generated. The reports are generated once a day. I will look into this more and update you once I have more info.

    Thanks, after reviewing my account. I have 6 accounts specified. Two have no reports, Two have up to date reports, one has an old one from 2011, and one no reports since Nov 25th.

    Add another issue with my accounts. I scheduled the download of the raw usage data to run a few times last night and this morning using cron. The job indicates succesful, but there's no spending data. I receive the error to schedule a job.

    Hi,

    I'm having exactly the same problem. I have the box checked to produce reports but none have been produced for a long time. Now when I go into reports section I get the message: "Please enable the generation of daily reports for this AWS account on the Accounts tab." when trying to view historic reports despite this box definitely showing as being checked.

    Was a resolution for this ever found?
