Backup Failure

We have had some Route53 back-ups fail in the last couple of days. The error message is 'Error: NoCredentialProviders: no valid providers in chain. Deprecated. For verbose messaging see aws.Config.CredentialsChainVerboseError'. Do you know what the cause of that would be?

    Could you please provide some more info on this? Did this only happen with some of your R%3 backups? Could you also please post a screenshot of your tasks page?

    We are now receiving a different error. Is that because of something you
    are doing? The error now is:

    Error: AccessDenied: User: arn:aws:iam::710193521658:user/[email blocked]
    is not authorized to access this resource status code: 403, request id:

    Yes. We are putting a fix in and this was a part of the test. When the task runs again, it should not have any errors.
