Payment and other issues
Hello, I originally posted this question on Nov 5 and nobody has answered.
Hello, I have 3 issues I need help with.
1) The amazon payments charging for some reason is in cancel state and the modify settings button on my account is deactivated, what can I do?
2) I have several backups configured and they suppose to retain 3 only, but I have to manually erase old snapshots and AMIs in Amazon, how can I fix this?
3) I configured twitter integration and notifications, but it doesn't work

We sent several emails about the payment issue. Amazon Payments keeps declining payment. I changed your account status. Please go to your settings page and click on the update payment button.
Please provide some more info on the other issues, and will get them tracked down ASAP.
