New Ylastic release.

• Support for all recent Auto Scaling features released by AWS.
• Manage autoscaling groups along with their associated policies and alarms.
• New wizard for creating a scaling group, scale-up/down policies and alarms.
• Manage scaling policies and alarms.
• Create scheduling actions and recurring scheduled actions.
• Suspend and resume scaling processes.
• You can still manage your existing groups with triggers which were deprecated by AWS.
• View group metrics charts.
• Autoscaling group metrics charts are also available on the metrics page.
